$400.00 Per Month (month to month)
This is our $400.00 flat rate monthly package for assisting and coordinating! No long term commitments necessary, our professional coordinating & assisting agreements are month to month. Please note this is not for teams or entire brokerages but one single broker/agent/investor. For teams/brokerages please contact us directly for custom pricing.

- With this package we prepare all real estate documents from beginning to end. Purchase agreements, listing agreements, lease and contract to leases, addendums and so forth.

- We also input any listings along with photos you may have into your local MLS (up to 3 listings per month).

- We also professionally coordinate any and all transactions from beginning to end! Ensuring a smooth closing (up to 3 transactions per month).

Our company is spearheaded by Darious Gordon, a Florida Native whom has held a real estate license for several years while closing nearly 1000 plus transactions in just a short period of time. Getting his start as a local REO agent working on behalf of powerhouses such as Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, as well as hedge fund institutions like Black Rock. All contractual documents such as purchase/sale agreements, listing agreements, and addendums are personally reviewed by him before sending out for client signature. Our staff consist of licensed real estate professionals familiar with all markets in which we partake in (South Florida, West Florida, Central Florida, North Florida).
